prepare purchase requisitions through SAP system for services, spare parts and perform technical evaluation of quotations.
Execute work order through CMMS and co-ordinate
with planning for job completion.
Follow up on maintenance of rotating equipment to ensure the quality and check the data before and after repair.
Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities preventive and corrective maintenance.
Monitor the maintenance quality of rotating equipment in the plant, to ensure the enhancement of performance, availability.
Set up and Maintain Machinery Databases for Machinery vibration analysis program.
Perform Field vibration test for existing or new equipment.
Responsible of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
