× Plan, manage, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational information
systems and software applications.
× Applying the Web technology, Electronic services to improve upon some paper-based systems. With the right protections in place,
by improving the quality and safety of our in-house & outsource systems.
× Maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications.
× Assist the IT director in the planning and implementation of the operational ans production functions of the IT Department.
× All above with a knowledge of best practices to guide my development team on issues related to the design, development, and
deployment of mission-critical information and software systems.

Online Specialist and Project Manager
• I work on Internet and Intranet field within the E-health Unit, my main role is: Planning, Designing, Managing, Analyzing and Training; which mean handling the project from A-Z.
• At that time I’ve been requested by ITC department to cooperate with them due to excellent skills to handle the OIS (Oncology Information System) a unique project in the middle east which help people with cancer related diseases to automate their information by managing and facilitating the health care records for each patient, including availability info and other medical needs for consultants, nurses, health educators and so on.
• Finally, I have decided to move to another unit, which was focusing on Project Management, and System Analysis and I worked there for about one year, handling In-house or Outsourced technologies, creating new ideas and suggestions, planning for future projects, and preparing the necessary documentations upon business requirements.
