• Understand project controls, cost estimates, quantity take-offs and manpower
requirements for proposals, forecasts and change orders.

• Work on MUSANADAH projects starting from the moment of Preparing Job proposal
until handover documents.

• Quote and prepare documents for all maintenance projects such as method of
statements, MS scheduled sheets and many more.

• Looking for Technical solutions for all problems arise on site that would consider to be
a challenge for engineering standards and procedures.

• Estimate cost of all services provided and try to get best quotations from
subcontractors.

• Continuous support to the client to achieve complete satisfaction.

• Try to solve problem in sites by better communication with the clients, workers, and
sometimes third-party supplier.

• Follow up the Implementation of safety policy and HSE procedures in site to eliminate
accidents.
