Designing implementation to migrate physical server on Hyper Converged systems or
VMware & Hyper-V environments.
• Handling escalation to US customer for bare metal recovery of the virtual server on
physical hardware.
• Migrating physical server on virtualized environment.
• Supporting customer for Business Continuity solution and backup BDR provided by leader
in backup Datto.
• Helping out the US customer on all physical hardware includes HP, IBM, FUJISTU & Dell
for configuring and managing as infrastructure as a service level.
• Working with US clients directly to restore the data from the continuity boxes and create
the virtual server from it if any outage or issues occurred on the physical servers.
• Migration of the virtual server on different hypervisor stack with live migration and cold
migration
Responsibilities as a NOC technician include develop, implement and maintain the
solutions that support and help the company’s private cloud.
• Resolve the customer’s Mirror Cloud and VM issues on time.
• Work in the diverse group of the network operation technicians for the repair activity of
Mirror Cloud Machines & VMs Created by Smart Style Computing Operation as Hyper-V
& Virtual Box as a hypervisor.
• Provide support for the installation, configuration and management of the MC Machines
& VMs.
• Provides technical expertise and guidance; participates in Implementation reviews.
• Implementing and deploy Cloud solutions (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS) to meet needs identified by
clients using Hyper-V and their related services.
• Remotely Installation and configuration of SSO (Private Cloud computing Environment).
• Excellent experience and knowledge with designing, installing and Modifying Virtual
Guest Machines
Single point of contact and available 24*7 to support and handle all the escalation from
onsite engineer within State level.
