Third Assignment: Inspection Engineer (Mechanical), Material Management Section:(From Dec.2011-Current)
• Inspect materials received at the company warehouse from suppliers (mechanical and chemical materials).
• Support resolving OSDR materials (O:Overage; S:Shortage; D:Damaged; R:Rejected).
• Investigate rejected/ return materials to the company warehouse from end users after issuing.
• Handling activities of Warehouse Supervisor on acting basis.
• Support daily warehouse operation activities.
• Discuss Inspection & Warehouse Monthly KPI Report.
Second Assignment: Buyer, Strategic Purchasing: (From Jan.2011-Dec.2011).
• Secure materials (spare parts, chemicals, ...) in a timely manner as required by the proponent.
• Perform Transactional/ Spot Purchasing activities (Transfer Purchase Requisitions PR to Purchase Orders
PO through Request for Quotation RFQ)
• Develop Strategic Agreements (Materials Supply Contracts) for supplying critical & high consumption
materials to the company.
• Meets plants urgent and shutdown requirements of materials and services.
• Expand & develop suppliers relations.
• Determine possible sources of foreign supply in coordination with local representatives, or negotiates directly
with foreign suppliers and determines terms and conditions.
• Negotiate prices, delivery time, payment & incoterms terms with local suppliers as well as foreign suppliers.
• Discuss Purchasing Monthly KPI Report.
First Assignment: Standardization Engineer, Strategic Purchasing: (From Jan.2008-Dec.2010).
•Share in establishing a new SAP Material & Service Master Data for Petro Rabigh.
•Team member in Petro Rabigh cataloguing Project to catalog and upload more than 100, 000 materials and
10, 000 services in Petro Rabigh SAP.
•Resolve technical evaluation & clarifications queries’ received from buyers.
•Supporting team member in material handover process of Petro Rabigh Project to :
o Resolve projects spare parts discrepancy.
o Identify & resolve materials duplicates.
• Locate maintenance requirements of materials from the existing stock.
• Support, coordinate and work with Warehouses staffs and Inventory Controllers to meet the operational
needs of materials.
• Technical assistance in purchasing and installing a new cataloguing tool for the company.
• Create & maintain a new established material and service master data for the company.
• Enhance catalogued item's description in SAP MM.
•Monthly KPI Reports.
Material Standardization Engineer:
• Create & maintain corporate master catalogue data for materials through SAP and RAMIS.
• Perform specification review and enhance catalogue item’s description.
• Identify & resolve duplicates within affiliates.
• Identify and consolidate common items across affiliates.
• Locate customers’ emergency requirements from the existing stock across SABIC affiliates.
• Support and contact to all SABIC affiliates Warehouses and Inventory Controller.
Quality Engineer Trainee:
1- Ability to use and deal with ASTM standards.
2- Revising and reviewing different material certificates.
3- Releasing receiving inspection reports for different materials.
CFD Engineer at Space Research Institute:
• Modeling and Numerical Simulation for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
• Using high performance Engineering software’s such as GAMBIT & FLUENT.
•Advance researches in Aerospace and Fluid Engineering field.
28 week official Training Program in:
Jet propulsion center (14 week).
Aircraft engineering dept. (14 week).
Total: 28 week (7 months).
