 I am looking after the plant erection / pre-commissioning & commissioning activity of the Rotary (e.g Pump, Reciprocating compressor, C.F Compressor, Steam turbine, Dosing pumps etc. )and Static Equipment's like ( Columns, Vessels, Heat Exchangers And Reactors etc. ) and any MOC jobs of the HYCO amonia plants.

 Planning the pre-commissioning activities for Daily, Weekly and monthly basis with the operations.

 Generating MIS reports daily and forwarding it to the top management

 Monitoring of erection, commissioning activities Plan Vs. Actual and to ensure safe execution of the same

Plant routine Activities:

 I was looking after the plant routine Preventive/corrective breakdown /predictive maintenance of the Rotary (e.g C.F. Pump, Reciprocating compressor, C.F Compressor, Steam turbine, Dosing pumps etc. )and Static Equipment's like ( Columns, Vessels, Heat Exchangers And Reactors etc. ) and any MOC jobs of the Hydrogen/ Crude/DHT/VGOHT plants.

 Planning the activities for Daily, Weekly and monthly with the operations for the plant routine and Shutdown related activities.

 Updating of the equipment BOM/ create an Equipment BOM for any new.

Shutdown Activities :

 Shutdown job scope identification in consultation with Operation, Inspection, Engineering and Maintenance.
 Total Shutdown job scope preparation, challenging & Finalization.
 Total materials, contracts, workshop assistance and P & M requirement identification after finalization of approved shutdown job scope.
 Long lead materials identification for shutdown.
 Contract finalization by coordinating with the contract cell for particular jobs.
 Contractor shutdown job scope DOR preparation & its evaluation.
 Follow up with material planner & contract cell in order to meet availability of all resources before the shutdown.
 Taking the Detailed Planning/Schedule for the Shutdown activities with Planning Engineer and Identification of the Critical path Activities.
 Challenging & optimization of shutdown schedule submitted by contractor.
 Preparing shutdown organogram and defining the Engineer required and their responsibilities.
 Pre-shutdown manpower, P & M and resources mobilization plan
 Execution & monitoring of all shutdown jobs Plan Vs. Actual.
 Preparing of the PSSR documents for the Each equipment, and witnessing the reports with the Technical Team/Operations for the Inspection of the equipment and final Box up.
 Learning from shutdown & surprise jobs and making improvement plan for future shutdown.
 Power users & end user of SAP R/3 PM/PS/MM Modules.
