Working since from Nov-2013 to till date as Utilities Trainer / Operation Supervisor (CSU), to train the new Saudi YASREF new employees (Operators) by developing training materials (Modules), conducting classroom Training, and OJT, Assessment of the trainees.
The Utilities & Offsite section consist of BFW treating, steam generation plant (Package Boilers), fuel gas system, (with Fuel Gas & Refinery off gases mixing and distribution, H2S Absorber), Closed cooling water system, Sea water cooling system, process water and Demineralization water system, Acid & Caustic Storage tanks and distribution system, waste water neutralization system, potable water systems, instrument and service air system, essential power & Steam turbine generator, Steam let down stations, Liquid nitrogen storage & distribution system, Waste water treatment Plant, Tank farm, Fire water system. At present working as operation supervisor-Utilities.

Responsibilities: Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, RFSU, Start up (pre-commissioning and commissioning Utilities & offsite .Conformity checks, air blowing, leak tests, & preparing blind lists of U&O systems and packages, Reviewing U & O plant systems thro’ process description manuals, PFD & P&ID, vendor packages & Field visits and also giving training to operators in Utilities &Offsite systems on field visits for the preparation of commissioning/RFSU/Start up)
Consists of Hydro carbon metering station, Flare, sea water intake & Sea water cooling, CCCW system, Suspect Condensate polishing package, Demin water plant, Chemical storage tanks Acid & Caustic and Distribution system, IA, PA & Decoke air compressors with air driers, BOG compressors, Ethane compressors, Hydrogen compressors, Vaporizers, Tank farm, Steam let down and distribution, Effluent (WW) treatment plant, waste water neutralization basins, Hypochlorite generators, Potable water, Tank farm, & Fire water systems, Safety shower packages.

Responsibilities: To provide training to operators in MTBE Plant and Utilities & Offsite operations, and OJT to operators as per company requirements JQP, Prepare, administers and control, all On-The-Job and Off-The-Job training requirements and activities of the section personnel undergoing training and development in accordance with established Procedures and plans. CBT and preparing training presentations, training reports and tracking
Job qualification status of the operators.

Responsibilities: Commissioning DCS Operator
Pre-commissioning, Commissioning for Start-up (RFSU) of ETP project, Drainage Collection and Primary
Treatment (DCPT) of the suspended oil and wax containing GTL complex Effluents, Re-usable process
/ Irrigation water, Cooling Water Blow down Submerged Ultra Filtration (CWBD-SUF), Cooling Water Blow
down Reverse Osmosis (CWBD-RO), receiving end Irrigation Water treatment, Sludge Dewatering, Effluent
Recovery Unit (ERU) with Evaporators, Flocculation and Flotation Unit (FFU), Bio-Treater and Clarifiers,
Sludge Stabilisation Aeration Grid, Submerged Ultra Filtration (SUF) Reverse Osmosis (RO), Spent Caustic
Treatment, Chemical storage tanks Acid & Caustic and Distribution system, and also Instrumentation Field
bus Segment check loop check in DCS, Field and Marshalling cabinets, and DCS, Dry functional checks,
Dynamic Checks, Preparing Segment check folders.

To give training to operators as per JQP and qualify in process operations in DCS & field operation, online &
Off job training facility in U & O. consists of Natural Gas Separation & Fuel Gas Distribution, Package Boilers,
sea water cooling system with cooling TOWER, Closed loop cooling water system with plate type heat
exchangers, Instrument & Plant air system, Liquid nitrogen storage & Gas distribution, Service water &
potable water storage & distribution, Demine Plant, Acid & Caustic chemical storage tanks and Distribution
system, Waste gas & liquid Incinerators, ground flares (Ethylene & LAO), Process Benzene oily water &
waste water treatment & disposal system, Tank farm & Product export pumping
system, Emergency Diesel power Generators, Firefighting system.

Pre - Commissioning, Commissioning, & Normal plant operation and OJT to operators in Utilities & Offsite
DCS to follow-up loop checks (WFT), Interlock tests, and to operate facility consists of Natural Gas
metering & Fuel Gas distribution, Package boilers, Demine plant, Acid & Caustic chemical storage tanks
and Distribution system, Service &Potable water storage and distribution, Liquid Nitrogen storage &
Inert gas distribution, Instrument & plant air, Waste water treatment and disposal, Sea water cooling
system with cooling TOWER & FD fans, closed loop cooling water system, Liquid Ammonia Storage &
Pumping Station with B.O.G. Compressors for off gas Liquefaction, Steam turbine driven pumps & fans,
Fire Fighting system.

Pre commissioning, commissioning & normal plant operation and OJT to operators in sea water MSF
Thermal desalination Plants unitised with steam turbines Generators, follow-up loop checks (WFT),
Interlock tests and Follow up instrument, mech, & elect PM jobs, PTW issue, check performance ratio &
Fouling factors of
the desalination units carry out anti-scale chemical dosing rate Optimisation tests, write visual inspection
report, weekly & Monthly reports, Write Desal plant technical description & SOP manuals. Facility consists
of MSF desalination Units, Steam dump condensers to adjust load on steam turbines, Sea water intake
pumping station & distribution, Sodium Hypo Chlorite Generation, Co2 Generation plant, liquid CO2
storage & Distribution, Potabilization plant, Acid & caustic Chemical storage and dosing system, Fuel oil
storage pumping station, Sponge ball on load tube cleaning system.

Commissioning jobs Utilities as per contract in different Industrial plant sites, also carry out irrigation purpose mechanical jobs & Water supply contracting jobs.

Pre commissioning, commissioning and normal running plant of sea water MSF desalination plant
unitised with steam turbines Generators (by Mitsubishi) follow-up loop checks, Interlock tests (WFT) and
to operate facility consists of MSF desalination Units, sea water Intake pumping station & distribution,
brine heaters, Steam dumps condensers to adjust load on steam turbines, Auxiliary systems, Fuel oil
storage & Pumping station, Hypochlorite generators, on load tube cleaning system by Taprogge, Acid &
caustic chemical storage and dosing System. HP steam jet air ejectors with barometric jet type
condensers.

Operate MSF thermal desalination plants unitized with steam turbine Generators in field and in CCR,
(By Aqua-Chem, Westinghouse, ) consists of sea water intake & pumping station, HP steam jet air ejectors
with surface type condensers, brine heaters, chlorine gas storage (Cylinders) & distribution, Distillate
product storage & distribution, Water treatment plant, Diesel & Fuel oil storage and pumping system,
Instrument & Service air compressors, and to operate diesel power generator station DG cap: 1000 to
2500KW & Offsite diesel power generators.

To operate Sea water MSF Thermal desalination plants unitized with HRSG (During Commissioning &
normal Operating in field operation, (Make by Sumitomo-Japan, Weir West Garth- UK, S.I.R., (Italian).
Auxiliary package Boilers, WHR boilers, on load sponge ball tube cleaning system, on load acid cleaning
system, Acid and caustic storage and chemical dosing system, HP steam jet air ejectors with barometric
Jet type and surface type condensers, brine heaters.

Shift operational and Preventive & Breakdown maintenance jobs in Utilities section, consists of Package
Boilers (coal & oil fired), Water treatment (Clarifier, Demine with zeolite softeners & pressure filters and
potable water), process cooling water system with cooling tower, chilled water system, Process air &
Instrument air system, Hot water generation plant for tyres curing, heat exchangers, Chemicals dosing
system, diesel power generators, diesel & fuel oil pumping system, Coal handling system with crusher
and belt conveyor, coal & ash handling yard.

Water Supply for Industrial Purpose and Irrigation Mechanical utility contracting jobs and fabrication jobs. for irrigation purpose (Sluice Gates ).
