Brief;
Currently, I work with NOMAC-ACWA Power at Qurayyah IPP as Maintenance
Section Head. Combined power plant project, is a developed basis located on eastern
coast of Saudi Arabia with a net generation capacity of 3, 927 MW as one of largest IPP
combined cycle gas-fired power plants in the world.
Duties/Responsibilities;
• Supervise the activities and work of the team members to ensure that targets
and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the
required policies, processes, procedures and systems.
• Monitor the mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance and overhauling
work activities to ensure safe and efficient application of procedures and
implementation of optimal mechanical maintenance.
• Ensure that all documentation is completed in SAP correctly such as the Log,
outlining the fault, method of repair and the time, manpower and materials used
in order to support timely availability of information.
• Manage the timely response to all emergency breakdowns and provide prompt
corrective action to ensure plant availability, thereby minimizing downtime and
possibility of liquidity damages.
• Develop and promote a condition based preventive maintenance culture on day
to day basis by conducting troubleshooting and root cause analyses, finding
solutions to reduce reactive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot critical problems/breakdowns of Mechanical machinery and
investigate, diagnose faults to determine best proper action/repairs while
ensuring they comply with NOMAC’s quality and HSE standards.
• Review and analyse mechanical machinery maintenance data and conduct site
engineering studies to determine the feasibility of introducing modifications to
increase reliability and efficiency of plant, thereby ensuring continuous
improvement and operational excellence.
• Participate in the effective forecasting of manpower, budget and material
requirements to ensure timely availability of resources and spares for effective
execution of Mechanical outage maintenance plans.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of the shutdown maintenance of critical
mechanical machinery, as per the recommendation of the OEM, and provide
technical support to ensure the EHS, scope, cost, and timeline objectives are
met.

Currently, I work with MARAFIQ as Mechanical Engineer. It is Power and Water Utility Company owned by RC, SABIC, ARAMCO & PIF. And It is responsible about ensuring and managing all activities in Berri gas station & supervision on JAWP-IWPP (Independent water & power plant) to ensuring that the plant provides 2, 743 MW of power and 800, 000 M3/D of desalinated water in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Duties/Responsibilities;
• Prepare daily, weekly, Monthly and annual O&M reports.
• Assist in all coordination activities pertaining to Berri Gas Station, JWAP/Marafiq & Aramco interface.
• Prepare maintenance plans as per OEM & ensure all materials are available in time.
• Create & review all Purchase Requests (PR) & Scopes of Work (SOW) according to business requirements.
• Coordination & negotiation with contractors and vendors as per work requirements.
• Use SAP in daily activities to check, plan & raise all orders & notifications.
• Use SAP to check & request materials/spare parts as well as inventory control.
• Ensure compliance to IMS by following (OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 &14001).
• Study all improvements that enhance work activities, quality & safety.
• Participate with the project team in technical support & direct the implementation of instructions and requirements as well as delivering a quality, cost-effective service to MARAFIQ.
• Planning and coordination for all relevant activities by using SAP.
• Achieving of repair/maintenance, troubleshoot, inspection and testing for various mechanical equipment (rotating and stationary) such us; pumps, compressors, bearings, valves, tanks, transport (hard pipe and tubes).


Achievements;
• Got license to be one of MARAFIQ trainers.
• Participated to install new Wringing separator filter in MARAFIQ facility.
• Participated in Scraping activity for Marafiq fuel pipeline.

I worked as Maintenance Mechanical Engineer in DHURUMA O&M company (independent power producer IPP-PP11) subsidiary of ENGIE. It is responsible for operation and maintenance of PP11 which is a combined cycle GT & ST to provide net power output is 1, 756 MW in Riyadh, KSA.

Duties/Responsibilities;
• Planning daily maintenance activities according of OEM by using SAP program.
• Checking daily notifications & doing troubleshoot activists.
• Leading maintenance technicians for high efficiency and ensure maintenance tasks completed as per PTW.
• Prepare detailed work plans (daily, weekly and monthly) to ensure completion preventive & corrective maintenance activities within timelines in order to keep the plant running optimally and continuously.
• Participation in the preparation of a detailed work plans and time schedules for any shutdown/outage.
• Inspecting, coordinate & evaluation all spare parts to ensure adequate stock is available & ensuring it is free of defects.
• Review costs of laborers, equipment’s, materials and property to maintain a cost-effective maintenance budget.
• Participate in the investigation of work accidents/incidents and ensuring the effective implementation of the company's safety policies.
• Participated in Capex & Opex projects, prepare feasibility, implementation and closing.
