• Work with IT depts. to develop in house Oracle HR systems according to the company policy & labor law.
• Supervise the Pay-roll process, Leave salary, end of services dues, etc…
• Controls expatriates staff work permits and resident permits renewals and cancellation.
• Follow up all governmental & non-governmental licenses, registrations, contracts and employee statistics for government reporting, Salary statements. Administers salary with equity in organization.
• Supervise the registration, termination, Subscriptions & Payments of Kuwaiti's employee with the Public institution for social security.
• Work closely with department managers to determine immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels.
• Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
• Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures of company as well as new governmental rules.
• Preparing employee cost with division’s GM & Managers for yearly budgets & new projects.
• Dealing with local & overseas recruiting agencies to secure providing the required manpower.
• Sourcing & Managing of staff accommodation
• Administration of Staff Mobile, staff car rental, Petrol cards etc.
• Manage & supervise assigned staff & Managed day-to-day HR & Administration operations.
Monitoring and processing monthly payroll.
Handling recruiting activities such as (all aspects of overseas & local recruitment, CV Screening, Interview Scheduling, Job offers)
Ensures that proper job descriptions are available for all Functions
Handling the general orientation during the introduction of new employees
Keeps track of Kuwait Labor Law with respect to employment contracts, terminations, and hiring rules and regulations
Handling a proper filing system & management of personnel files, on the basis of hiring, transfer, promotion, resignation and other modification data
Handling, maintaining employees changing Status & updating salaries, Grades, Job Title, Level, Job Family on HRIS
Implement policies relating to all phases of personnel activity and ensure its compliance
Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies to facilitate joining process of the selected employees.
Draft employment offer letter and contracts for selected candidates.
Interview candidates up to supervisors level and provide feedback to both HR Manager and Line Manager.
Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews.
Preparing process and distributing payroll .
Answering the quires of monthly salary.
Processing all type of vacations & final settlement of employees.
Handling annual audit related work (payroll).
A Member in Oracle -Payroll Development Team (Home Package).
