Make exceptions to policy as appropriate and within authority
•Refer and cross-sell products and services; meet or exceed sales goals
•Adhere to help enforce all security as well as other departmental procedures

•Teaching the course (LB160) "Professional Communication Skills for Business Studies". The mechanism of teaching is blended one that consists of (50% lectures + 50% through a LMS)
Responsibilities include:
•Teaching the students different business concepts and models, how to write a successful essays, analyzing business cases and producing influential documents.
•Assisting in building an effective learning environment through group working
•Assessing the students by midterms, assignments and examinations
•Delivering an office hours to students regularly
•Assisting in developing the course material by enriching it with external ones
• Teaching work values and ethics course
• Teaching Business Correspondence course
• Teaching Modern Administrative Communications course
• Teaching the principles of Management course
• Teaching the Modern Secretary course
• Arranging Quizzes, Midterms and finals for those courses
• Participating in developing those courses
• Evaluating the students levels and try to raise them up
Supervise teller staff, assisting in the coaching, training and the development of tellers
•Assists tellers in solving member problems, serving as an operational reference
•Aid tellers with balancing problems
•Order and maintain vault cash.

• Handling the registration process of players from A-Z
• Updating all information in the database
• Submitting the sports equipment and stuff to players
• Arranging the daily training schedules
• Following up the work updates with coaches and the headquarter in London

• Reaching sponsors to set up a business relationships

Maintaining office services by designing and implementing office policies
•Establishing standards and procedures, organizing office operations and procedures
•Monitoring and recording long distance phone calls, preparing daily time sheets
•Controlling correspondences, assigning and monitoring clerical and secretarial functions
•Recruiting and selecting staff, supervising and evaluating, coaching and disciplining them
•Designing and ensuring filing systems are maintained and up to date
•Representing the company in some outbound meetings especially those with the governmental bodies.
Providing secretarial and administrative support
•Preparation of business letters, Memorandums and (delivery notes) for shipments
•Arranging and controlling correspondences and faxes
•Assisting in answering telephone calls internal, external and overseas and taking accurate and complete messages
•Filing system - updating and organizing files which also include confidential files
•Handling the email and arranging visas and travelling arrangements
•Participating in arranging tenders
•Ensuring protection and security of files and records, planning and implementing office systems, layout and equipment procurement

• Teaching the new operators how the system is working and tracking
• Handling the investigations about cars which have made rule violence
• Supervising the process of entering the fines manually
• Understanding the Ministry's rules & policies and transferring them to any new operator
• Monitoring & maintaining the local network of the system
• Monitoring the installation phase for all kind of cameras (fixed, mobile or red light)
