Provide the final recommendations for the risk management plans providing key potential areas upon adoption such plan, and clarify in-advance a thorough troubleshooting for each orientation.
- Formulating strategies for legal issues; internal consultation, contract reviews, compliance with laws, company reputation…etc that ensure proper utilization of resources with eliminating the chance of risks.
- Scan, oversee, monitor, audit and control legal considerations and potential matters that ensure the legal security of the company; assets, reputation, owners and employees rights, furthermore, recommending actions and constructing best practices among communications, forms…etc.
- Following and solving company legal disputes at:
Ministry of Commerce / sharia courts / Grievance court, labours disputes committees and appeal courts .
- Liaison with legal advisors on matters involving company and its subsidiaries
- . Assure efficient staffing and performance of the legal Department
- Providing company with studies and suggestions for business and customers conflicts by :
A / Studies it's business field in : ( Sharia / civil law )
B / Studies legal cases and giving suggestions to avoid it on future
retail - corporate customers ( to avoid risks )
C / Studying contracts and find suitable forms
D/ Solving default customers cases to decrease losses ( retail - corporate customers )
- Defend and plaint company when it is defendant or plaint
