Working as a Piping Designer & CADD Production Coordinator (CPC) with the following responsibilities.
• Preparing Piping Drawings of Master Plan, Site Plan, Equipment Arrangement, Piping Plans/Layout, Plan & Profiles, Sections/Details, Isometric, Tie-in Index, (P&ID's & PFD's), Pipe ways/Crossing, Detail of Pipe Supports, Offshore Platform Drawings, Steel Structure of Pipe Racks, Storage Tanks and Flow Lines for Oil, Water Supply Piping Drawings.
• Coordinate PIPING Work with Related Discipline.
• Checking of CADD Print Out according to Saudi Aramco Standards.
• Coordinate with engineers.
• File Management and system backup, daily, weekly and monthly.
• Submittal of electronic files of the Projects to Saudi Aramco according to Saudi Aramco Standards.
• Development of new product structure, cells, menus, update and modify user commands.
• Set-up and supervision of CADD production of complete projects.

Worked with SSJ consortium (Consortium of SNC Lavalin, SaudConsult, Jacob's Engineering), Saudi Arabia. SSJ consortium is providing Inside Kingdom Project Management (IKPMS) services for Saudi Aramco.
Worked on the following some major projects and performed my duties as CAD Designer.

➢ Rabigh Refinery Control System Replacement.
➢ SHY-1 Phase-2 East/West Pipeline Intermediate Pump station at PS # 10.

➢ Saudi Arabian Consortium Project (SAPC Al-Jalamid Phosphate), where I was involved in advanced engineering, updating the overall site plot plan, base plan, layouts, prepared site preparation package and Villas for Al-Jalamid & Ras AZ Zawr Village.

I was involved in updating and as-building the existing drawing to current condition in first phase. Other than surveying and drafting, responsible to control the overall project and site survey and update the piping plan, isometric and P & IDs as per field survey for various plants which includes Onshore and Offshore oil production facilities in to the coordination with TOYO ENGINEERING CORPORATION JAPAN.

Draftsman Mechanical 11/99 to 06/2001
I joined Thermosole Mould Design Department as a Draftsman Mechanical. I was responsible for the Automotive Part and die design Projects of METAL CAUCHO SPAIN, INDUS MOTORS COMPANY LTD. (IMC), PAK SUZUKI MOTORS CO LTD. (PSMC), HONDA ATLAS CARS (PAK) LTD. and ROOQUE MOTORS LTD Companies.
I managed for this project for Injection & blow mould design, development & product testing to pre-production. For the injection mould I was tasked with implementing CAE. Whereas I was involved setting up Mould Flow Plastic Insight to optimize flow patterns, material thicknesses and gate positions on plastic parts to improve quality and reduce costs. I also developed standard methods and processes for CAD software to improve efficiency.
Having two years certificate in Draftsman Mechanical from Techanical Training Institute Kasur Pakistan. Now I am working as a Piping Designer in Saudi Consulting Services since 2001, Saudi Arabia
