•Comply all the data for the contract documents. \n•Manage the bid packages and prepare a list of the approved bidders. \n•Arrange the meetings with bidders to explain the Bid Package and how the bidders submit the proposals. \n•Answer the clarification during the bid period . \n•Send the Technical Proposal to end user to conduct Technical Evaluation Meeting. \n•Investigate the Technical Evaluation Form and justification for unaccepted bidder technically. \n•Prepare the Bid opining Sheet for Commercial Proposals to conduct meeting with committee. \n•Negotiate with lowest and Accepted Technically bid . \n•Prepare the contract for the successful bidder \n•Conduct Kick-off meeting to issue NTP letter .
