Key Activities/ Decision Areas:
As an executive member of the Sales team, my responsibilities are;
• Manage Elm's sales and public private partnerships related businesses,
• lead a team of account managers, partnership managers and relationship managers.
• Build and develop long-term Sales for Partners and government strategy.
• Generate businesses that meets or exceeds quota, as well as ensure exceptional service.
• Develop a sales pipeline to meet and exceed business objectives/goals.
• Develop Sales, marketing, communication plans and agreements internally and externally with sales
Partners, development partners, and government sectors.
• Partner with internal and external content managers, editors, designers, developers, and other staff to
Meet both client and Elm’s needs.
• Closely manage and monitor sales, development, marketing, and operation teams and priorities
tasks to make sure projects are on track.
• Provide management and leadership to the Web & Digital Media staff and work collaboratively with
staff, management, partners, government and IT support.
• Assess current Sales Partners capabilities and supervise a continuous improvement cycle.
• Assist with regular reviews of direct and indirect sales processes and recommend improvements

• Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales partners and direct sales to determine
strengths and weaknesses, client reach and developments in the market and develop

Intigral is an end-to-end solution provider focused on delivering digital media content services to regional telecommunication operators in KSA and GCC countries.

Key Activities/ Decision Areas:
As a managing member of IPTV and mobile content team, my responsibilities are:
• Supporting senior management & content management in the life cycle of Multimedia Content and Acquisition.
• Preparing and implementing sales strategies and plans for Intigral products such as the IPTV, mobile content, Web TV, SVOD, and VOD Services so that business objectives and sales targets are achieved and any necessary corrective action is taken in an efficient and timely manner.
• Translating overall sales plans and strategies for own area to maximize current and future sales and provide input to relevant units (e.g. Presales and Technical Project Management) on overall strategy.
• Providing day-to-day supervision of activities including training, work force planning and performance evaluation.
• Working closely with content providers team and our client "STC" on the campaign efforts to promote new content on all platforms.
• Handling the IPTV and content telesales and virtual sales management responsibilities for the Sales Executives teams in STC, www.invision.com.sa is one of our sales channels, and DawriPlus is our product, which is one of the mobile applications that is dedicated for the Saudi football league.
• Facilitating and assisting with the historical tracking and reporting of content usage and performance.
• Undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales channels to determine strengths and weaknesses, best sales strategies, client reach and developments in the market and develop recommendations for appropriate action.
• Reviewing and amending service specifications, marketing brief, status reports and all other related documents supporting content acquisition portfolio.
• Coordinating implementations of content promotions, new GUI design, applications and games for further elevation to STC as multimedia provider.
• Demonstrating OTT experience which relevant to content distribution; Linear channels, VOD, SVOD, applications, and games on multiscreen.
• Providing directions on content consumption in the Middle East and recommendation on targeted content with time to market.
• Providing recommendation on marketing trends for high yield on demand of Arabic and Western content for the region.
• Overseeing multimedia services development and content accusation.
