Working in the CRM department of the company, mainly dealing with CRM and AX support, as well as support of SSRS reports and working on the development of the company’s SharePoint Site.
Responsibilities:
• Management of creating/updating/granting user access on the CRM.
• Analyzing leads on the CRM.
• Creating reports/scheduled reports and managing users access to them.
• Creating and designing sites/subsites on the companies SharePoint.
• Creating SharePoint workflows, forms and tasks.
• Leads generation to the CRM via C# console application.
Working in the CRM department as well as working on development of new SharePoint platform at TFG.
Responsibilities:
• Collecting and arranging company assets from each department.
• Assigning these assets to the designated employees in the CRM.
• Designing and modifying SharePoint platform pages.
• Creating SharePoint workflows and tasks.
• Leads generation to the CRM via C# console application.
Working as a UI/UX intern in the IT/IS department of OSN.
Responsibilities:
• Working under the OSN IT website team.
• Working on projects using MVC implementing JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, MDL, Typescript
• Worked on a client/subscriber application using MVC and YouTube live stream.
Achievements:
Learned new industry standards of front end development and UI/UX.
