• Collaboration with hiring managers and COO/Group Chairman to develop and execute life cycle recruiting plans, using passive and active recruiting techniques and a broad variety of sources with a focus on developing a ready candidate pipeline to fill critical needs.
• Oversee all human resources functions at both the routine and strategic level
• Developed Manpower Plan and strategy for its implementation.
• Manage and ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
• Developed HR processes, including |policies and Procedures, all HR forms
