Preparation of various types of delay analysis based on the relevant clauses of the Main Contract/Subcontract Agreement.
Identify to the project team delayed activities on projects for the sake of issuing notices to Clients. Issuing of regular look-ahead to the site team on required activities in accordance to the approved baseline programme.
Agreeing with Subcontractors delivery schedules for awarded projects.
Support the site team on Extension of Time Claims with required justifications and supporting documents including its approach and presentation to the Client.
Preparing & Distributing Monthly Projections for Design, Production & Installation teams.
