Managing of 9-Nos IT Teams and assigning daily job tasks as per the call log. Follow/checking the call complete log status on daily basis, Full HHC Van Automation project implementer with Intermec CN3e HHC.

Installation, Configuring, Intermec Hand Held Terminals (HHT’s/HHC’s) CN3 Series, Installation, Configuration of Routepro.net Middleware software’s & Hermes Communication Software, Routepro.net Front end Software’s Barcode scanner & daily data communication activity, Conducting training on HHC front-end software and front end reports, middleware software’s, Communication software’s and reports. Entire Network design, connectivity solution, VPN, Provide maximum information usage to the managements to help the Company growth, Setting up & implementing work follow procedures in Logistics, Warehouse, Depot, Branches Stores, Sales & Accounts. Generate appropriate reports for information usage, Responsible for Database backup & Disaster recovery of database & OS, Database server installation & Application server & Communication server, Server purchase & setting ups, Managing Data Centre environment with 32 servers, Cisco routers/VOIP, Juniper VPN, Database/Application/Mail/Domain Servers. Accessing the team, Help & guide my team to resolving major issues, Fasten & Motivate the team to do their responsibilities on time, Appreciation & provide better work environment. Major trouble shooting done with the support of vendor, Costing & Budgeting of new projects. Conducting training on HHC front-end software and front end reports, middleware software’s & reports, Communication software’s and reports. SAP & MS-GP ERP full life cycle implementation expert.
