• Worked as an in-charge of banquet halls with (7500 sq ft) area. Design by S.O.M (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill).
• Responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the Banquets operations. Associates the function of the Banquets operations.
• Interact with Guest of the hotel and individuals outside the hotel including, clients, suppliers, government officials, competitors and other members of the local community
• Control Quality levels of products and service, Guest satisfaction, Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene

• Conduct under the guidance of the Sr.Manegar of the department Food & Beverage and the co-ordination of the Human Resource department such functions as employee orientation, on-the-job performance appraisal, coaching and supervision, if necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.

• Co-ordinate with the Purchase Manager for special purchase requirements relating to Banquets function operations and functioning

• Establish and maintain records such as, Menu file, Activities file, Breakage and inventories file, Budgets and sales analysis file

• Take and regulate month - end inventories of crockery, glassware, cutlery,
Hollowware, tableware, linen and all other perishable and non - perishable items
That is essential and related to the Banquets / bar operations.
• Attend and contribute to Food and Beverage departmental meetings

• Framing of departmental forms and formats in accordance with the company standards.
• Develop formal training plans and conducts on-the-job training sessions for the Banquet employees.
• Co-ordinate in installation software in the departments. Prolific & Micros.
• Responsible for generating high revenues for the respective outlets
• Keep daily record of Guest feedbacks and maintain Guest relations with them and Recording of comments and complaints.
