Duties and responsibility
• Managing a team of approximately 150 employees in a busy automobile heavy and light vehicle workshop environment.
• Supervising daily vehicle in out procedure according to dealer standard.
• Crisscross body repair estimations before submitting to insurance company
• Revenue all workshop operations
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
• New car sales, after sales service, fleet cars, used cars, warranty issues.
• Administrative services, Manage team members.
• Vendors and insurance company meetings and relationship.
• Effective cost control, manage process/sales & after sales department.
• Analyzes and manages the departments, customer satisfactory
As first priority maintains good relations with clients. Maintain Body and Service Department operating environment and provide them good quality services to improve image of the brand and maximizing the efficiency, revenue and productivity as well
• Reporting to the national after sales manager.
• Monitor body shop efficiency, productivity and activity.
• Managing body shop tools, equipment, machines’ and staff formally.
• Weakly + Monthly insurance claim process report.
• delegation of recruiting
• vehicle in & out, final closing invoices and vehicle delivery
• Monthly KPI & F1 report with action plan.
• Continually monitor dealer standards, warranty claim processing Procedures
• Daily monitoring and evaluating employee performance
• Presenting a smart and professional image at all the times.
• Maintaining technical bulletins, providing technical information to employees.
Ensures high quality service and repair are provided to every customer.
Achieving highest level of customer satisfaction.
Establishing new market flow procedure in service analysis performance VS sales goals.
Keeping records of any disciplinary issues, and hold monthly and effective staff meetings.

Screening daily technician’s efficiency and productivity report on the board.
Complete daily sales and production records as established by dealership
• Supervise group bookings for each service advisor.
• Customer follows up calls,
• Additional estimate explanation, if advisor fail to explain
• Supervise in & out of vehicles and achieving target.
• Quick Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation of potential dangers
• Efficiency to higher management including individual service advisor performance
• Report problems to Management with suggestions for resolution
