* Categorizing, Classifying & Codifying SKUs as per UNSPC codes
* Member of process qualifying team responsible for reviewing and approving the ERP recommended processes
Business Unit Level:
* Head of ORACLE Process Manufacturing Module responsible for implementation in the SBU.
* Head of Oracle Point-of-Sales & Store-Inventory-Management implementation.
* SME of Manufacturing processes

Responsibilities as Information Specialist:
• Super User of eMIS2000 ERP Software developed in Germany customized in KSA
• User Support & training
• Coordinated PWC consultants in preparing Business Blueprint for ERP
• Production planning using MS Project.
As Management Representative:
• Plan Quality Audits in conjunction with Internal Auditing Team
• Carryout Internal auditing in conjunction with Audit team
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports and followup for corrective action
• Prepare Internal Audit Reports
• Coordinate with External Auditors for external auditing and certification
• Convene Management Review Meetings in conjunction with IA team.
