• Managing the digital system and responsible for development requests, and follow them up with IT department.
• Analyzing data to identify the complaints root causes and add them to the action plan.
• Prepare and report monthly for KPIs of received complaints about all departments.
• Ensure that the work process adheres to the work procedures and make a daily report
to the high management.
• Collecting data and making sure to keep track of correct information in the dataset.
• Testing complaints portal system and define problems to reporting issues to IT
department and follow up with them to solve the issues.
• Working on Action Plans with other departments to develop the business and
provide a better customer experience.
• Follow up with customer care employees to evaluate their performance.
• Prepare and submit quarterly SAMA regulatory reports.
• Solve customers’ problems for medical and cars insurance.
• Submit and follow up the complaints.
• Providing the clients with insurance information and benefits.
• Preparing a report for social media services.
