Responsibilities in all activities from proper planning, conducting and timely completion of fieldwork and reporting.
Review the overall financial & operational efficiency and internal control systems of the organization to ensure it accomplishes the desired goals
Call all available phone numbers and conduct site visits in attempt to reach the right party to collect accounts
Compute final estimation of property values, taken into the account activities that support financial funding such as, drawing land diagrams, evaluate land and neighborhood where properties are situated, considering location and trends or impending changes that could influence future values.
