• Make an inventory of profits, debts and amounts due to the company on weekly basis.
• Preparation of financial statements.
• Planning and scheduling periodic physical inventory count as per company policy.
• Prepare and/or review and sign-off on journal entries and reconciliations of team members.
• Prepare financial and operating statements (general Journal, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, bank reconciliation) independently.
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Reviewing and devising monthly / yearly financial and income statements, balance sheets, internal audit, cash flow projections and quarterly principal profit & loss to reduce cost as well as ensure budgetary compliance.
• Managing and overseeing the company's banking and borrowing arrangements.
• Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting Account payable.
• Updating, Maintaining and Verifying validity of accounts by investigating information from sales.
• Ensure that Transactions are done in compliance with all internal processes
• Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Prepare and enter journal entries which includes correcting entries, allocating expenditures, grant related entries, etc.
• Processing P.O. matching and reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Make bank reconciliations review accounts statements.
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
• Add new accounts to the accounting tree.
• Review operating expenses.
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
• Preparing and timely monthly and Quarterly financial statements
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
• Draw up monthly financial reports.
• Prepare analysis of accounts as requested.
• Assist with year-end closings.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Complete general ledger operations.
• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
