Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with cost control department to ascertain the project budget and assessing the cash flow in order for required financing of the project.
• Managing Project billing, cash flow, variation to contract and the EOT claims.
• Analysing spending vs receivables in order to assess and update cash requirements of the projects in timely manner.
• Initiate insurance requests to insurers in accordance with Contracts requirements, review policies and negotiate with insurers. Responsible for timely request of maintaining bonds and guarantees, project insurances, payment of installments and submission of insurance claims.

• Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation
• Advising the Procurement Department in order to finalise the Procurement strategy of the awarded projects.
• Develop project Contractual strategies, initiatives and negotiations;
• Assess Sub Contractor selection process in terms of main Contract compliance;
• Review and negotiate Subcontract terms with Sub Contractors and Suppliers;
• Develops Contractual part of Sub Contracts/Supply Agreements in coordination with procurement department;
• Responsible for Main Contract and Sub Contract Administration, including implementation of risk control procedures;
• Review Contractual terms of tenders and advise tendering team on internal actions, clarifications/ Qualifications to clients;
• Identify areas of improvements to the commercial department processes;
• Examines company rules to make sure they stay relevant and makes recommendations for necessary changes
• Looks for opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities
• Analyses reports that give insight into how a company can make adjustments to improve performance
• Conduct analysis of existing signed Contracts for the purpose of quality improvement;
• Coaches employees on best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks
• Works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors arise
• Responsible to create process flows in order to automate the Subcontract creation and receivables through ORACLE ERP.
