● Manage major projects for high-profile customers in the petrochemical, oil and gas, power generation, industrial gas, and air separation markets, based upon the information provided from marketing team and customer specifications.

Key Accomplishments: ● Leveraged trend analyses and Root Cause Analyses in resolving pump test failure and failure in dry gas seal by selecting the optimum separation seal design and evaluating the safety situation.
● Accomplished the instrument protective function Kashagan project, including Risk Analysis Matrix (RAM), identified the deviation in Shell standards (DEP) from the standards of the existing oil field and evaluated the Flash Gas Compressors (FGC) materials. ● Championed rotating equipment reliability efforts in assigned areas of responsibility by providing technical assistance in resolving equipment design, operation, and maintenance problems.

Shell Exploration and Production (Libya) | 2007 - 2012 ● Measured the effectiveness of reliability related activities such as equipment repairs, part quality, and failure investigation process. ● Performed test procedure to increase the capacity of loading pumps and conducted root cause analysis for cavitation in the pumps and steam turbines failure.
● Verified compliance with the company’s standards, API and DEP. ● Reviewed rotating equipment spares, including the separation seal safety, standards, and efficiency.
