process plant heavy machineries and statutory equipment.

• Perform corrosion assessment of corroded areas on tanks, pressure vessels
and pipes walls.
• Conduct fitness for service evaluations of static equipment.
• Lead non-destructive testing (NDT) on 150+ mineral processing equipment
components, including ultrasonic thickness, magnetic particle, and dye
penetrant tests, identifying critical flaws and preventing potential equipment
failures.
• Lead condition monitoring programs for 150+ rotating equipment but not
limited to pumps, turbo compressors, gas turbines, blowers and agitators.
• Performing condition monitoring inspection of process plant machinery and
analyzing data - Lube analysis, thermography, vibration analysis and shaft
laser alignment.
• Lead piping and plant structure rehabilitation programs.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance and operation team.
• Manage maintenance business process using SAP and Oracle PM module.
• Using MOC methodology to make changes to equipment, systems
and processes.

• Develop and conduct SAP PM Training for supervisors, planners, superintendents,
reliability engineers and plant engineers.
• Develop and execute pre-deployment training schedules in cooperation with the
client maintenance business process.
• Coach end users one-one as needed.
• Work closely with the SAP Master Team and the client site SMEs to understand
unique business processes and training needs during the pre-deployment phase
(including audience and delivery method analysis).
• Develop training Matrix and SAP utilization report after training completion.
• Utilize SAP CMMS Master Data Site standard and designed documents to create and
maintain SAP PM Object list.
• Assist site master data team managing SAP queries.

• Create maintenance work instruction by interacting with engineers, subject
matter experts, and production personnel to comply with asset management
policy.
• Interpret engineering documentation and OEM to create accurate technician
oriented maintenance work instructions and process documents that fully meet
design intent for prolong service lifespan of equipment.
• Lead and manage maintenance work instruction to ensure proper
documentation of inspection reports, test results and non-conformance.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors to develop maintenance work instruction as
part of PM optimization regime.
• Assist senior asset strategy engineer in developing and optimizing maintenance
strategies for statutory equipment (tanks, pressure safety valve and pressure
vessels) to comply with API650, API653, AS3788, AS1271 and other related
Australia/New Zealand standards
