 Responsibility:
Job scope includes Management of mechanical maintenance jobs and effective co-ordination with Production, other Maintenance sections and Planning Engineer so that the plant is efficiently maintained in order to maximize plant output, availability, efficiency and reliability while contributing towards highest HSE standards within mechanical workforce.
 Job Scope:
o Preparation/budgeting of long term maintenance plans for major rotating equipment.
o Plan, organize, lead and control day-to-day Mechanical maintenance jobs in close co-ordination with Maintenance Planner so that plant and unit’s availability and efficiency can be maximized.
o Ensure that material procured and issued through inventory is cleared in a timely and accurate manner so that supply chain replenishment system functions efficiently.
o Effectively utilize the CMMS (SAP) for tracking & monitoring of mechanical jobs & for ensuring accuracy of feedback & failure analysis in order to fully comply with maintenance strategy & objectives.
o Provide active support to Maintenance Planner for Planning of Annual Shutdown and ensure execution of mechanical work scope so that shutdown is completed within time and budget.
o Support the Maintenance Superintendent in monitoring and controlling Mechanical department’s key operational expenses so that maintenance costs stay in line with business plan
o Provide practical leadership and daily advice to mechanical staff on HSE issues so that company HSE targets are achieved.
o Conduct annual staff appraisals and training needs analysis in order to optimize staff development.
o Play a leading role as Emergency Response Team member based on requirement.
o Supervision of 20 subordinates
 Hands on Experience:

• Overhauling of Caterpillar Gas Engine ( Model: 3516)
• Overhauling of Waukesha Gas Engine (Model: L7044, F3524 GSI ESM)
• Overhauling of Ariel Gas Compressor (Model: JGH:E, K, T)
• Overhauling of Booster compressor ( Model: CDP-416)
• Overhauling of Air compressors (Make: Barbee, Ham worthy, Nouvo Pignone)
• TEOH, 2000, 4000, 8000 Hrs. PM of Gas Engines
• Internal inspection of Tanks and Fin Fan Coolers
• Overhauling of Fin Fan Coolers
• Maintenance of Corrosion inhabitation system.
• Recovery of Corrosion Coupons and Sand Probes
• Overhauling and certification of PSVs ( Conventional as well as Pilot operated)

Working as Machinery Engineer for Urea (300 MTPD) HNO3 Plants (1280 MTPD) & NP plant (1120 MTPD) in Pak-Arab Fertilizers Ltd, Multan. The key responsibilities are
 Execution of Preventive maintenance plan and trouble shooting of machines.
 Ensure QMS instructions/ procedures and safe working practices during job.
 Online & offline vibration behaviour of machines for enhancing their reliability.
 Annual Turnaround planning including bar charts, Material & Resource management.
 Lead major overhauling of steam turbines, compressors & gas expander during TA 08, 09, 10 & 11.
 Preparation of job reports with pictorial briefs after execution.
 Prepared and implemented new predicative cum preventive composite plan for all the machines of above mentioned plants.
 Performed Management safety audit (MSA)
 Spares management including correspondence with OEM and local vendor.
 Consulting maintenance manuals & API standards for reliability enhancement.
ADDITIONAL PROJECTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Participated in the Implementation of ERP system for spares management in warehouse.
 Performing as the Safety Captain of machinery maintenance section.
 Performing as the QMS co-ordinator of the machinery maintenance section.
 Perfumed as the Movie Member of management club committee in year-2008.
