Understanding Customer’s requirements and preparing the quotation accordingly, Delivery Scheduling and follow up, Coordinating with other departments like Accounts, Administration and Logistics, Attending Sales Meetings (Internal and with Customer), Preparing weekly Sales Report, E-mail Correspondence, Handling quality Inspections, Ensuring prompt deliveries, and Documentation.
