Project name: development and operating the PMO office in
Makkah municipality.
Project description:
The project is the development & operating of the project
management office in holy Makkah Municipality.
Scope of work is tracking 150 projects ($ 1 billion) in Makkah region
and determining the weakness points in the whole process of the
project from concept to closing, it includes providing the best
practice for the engineering, finding solutions for the troubled
projects work as well.
Duties:
• Responsible for following up with Roads, Bridges and tunnels
program related to the Makkah Municipality. Especially
those in the 4th Ring Road.
• Providing advice to the senior management with regards to
troubled & late projects.
• Reporting the projects status to the Makkah municipality
PMO
• Enhancing & developing the work procedures.
• Assessing the contractor & consultants related to the client.
• Follow up with the projects Dashboard, suggesting the
required action to be taken.

Project name: development of Aja District.

Project description:
The project is construction of all utilities (sewer, storm, water,
electricity, telephone, landscape) on a virgin land of an area 1.7
square km.
Duties:
• Obtaining the necessary permits that will enable the
construction of the project.
• Reviewing tender design and conduct site survey and
obstructions.
• Carrying out daily site inspection
• Appointing, managing, monitoring, and controlling
contractors
• Controlling overall project budget

Project name: Development of king Saud Road
Project description:
The project was construction of 3.2 km long Road with service
roads, skew parking & sidewalks which considered as one of the
main roads in Dammam including earth works, storm network,
normal and decorative lighting poles, hard scape and land scape,
road furniture, traffic signals, normal & signages.
Duties:
• Reviewing design drawing, finding any discrepancies.
• Conducting site survey for any obstructions
• Setting up and implementing the work plan in cooperation
with team.
• Preparing the progress reports
• Preparing the shop drawings
• Managing the resources.

Project name: all projects related to the governate
of Dara’ (schools’ maintenance and construction)
Project description:
The work was supervision on 11 projects related to the governate of
Dara’ (schools’ maintenance & construction),
Duties:
• Supervising the staff
• Ensuring site safety
• Attend coordination meetings.
• Ensure the work is being done as per drawings and specs.
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work
performance.
