Project: - High rise 200 m Height commercial tower comprised of 4 B+G+43 Floors with High end Fit out works.
Contract value: 1.70 Billion Saudi Riyals.
Position: Fit out Construction Manager
Responsibilities; -
Managing and leading all the finishing works at the project, arranged the department organization chart and ensure the job responsibilities are clear for each team member.
Assigning the fit out subcontractors and following up the fabrication and delivery of all project materials.
Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors final deliverables.
Monitors and reports to management the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
Coordination with Design, MEP and Commercial departments.
Establishes weekly meeting with the client to review fit out works status and mitigation plans required.

2- DAICEC Project (Dhirubhai Ambani International Convention and Exhibition Center)- Mumbai, India (SEP 2017 to Jan 2019)
Project is comprised of 4B, Exhibit hall, banquet, Theatre (5 levels 2000/250 seats), Retail and office tower (15 F).
Contract value: 678 Million USD.
Position: Fit out Construction Manager.
Responsibilities; -
Coordinate and direct construction engineers, workers and subcontractors.
Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher level management and clients, including formal presentations.
Establishes weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items.
Producing Method Statements and Risk assessments for all aspects of construction.
Coordination with Design, Commercial and MEP Departments to sort out site issues.

3- AL Rajhi Bank HQ Project-Riyadh-KSA (DEC 2013 to August 2017)
Project - High rise 205 m Height of 4B+ G+36 office tower, G+10+roof of car parking and a G+3 MEP building.
Contract value: 900 Million SAR.
Position: Senior Site Engineer.
Responsibilities; -
Supervising and inspecting the concrete works and finishing works at core walls (Hydraulic Self-climbing Formwork, Rebar and concrete works), Car park, MEP Buildings and Landscape works.
responsible for the on-site management of construction activities
Producing Method Statements and Risk assessments for all aspects of construction.

4- CELEVELAND CLINIC Project-Abu Dhabi-UAE (January 2012- to DEC 2013)

Project is a HIGH END HOSPITAL 7 stars with 21 Stories Building (H=138M), 364 Beds and a Parking of 3, 130 cars and Worked on the clinic building.
Contract value: 4.71BILLION AED.
Position: Senior Site Engineer.
Responsibilities; -
• Supervising and inspecting the finishing works till snagging/ hand over process.
• Ensures that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Coordination between MEP and Fit out works and sorting out site Clashes.

Project; Cairo Festival City.
Working on The Tunnel area and The works comprise the construction of 200 m underground Concrete Tunnel and 500 m long uncovered tunnel.
Scope of works includes Bulk Excavation, Underground services (Sewage Line, Fiber optic cables and Irrigation line), Reinforced Earth retaining wall System (Key Stone for the uncovered area of the tunnel), road works and concrete works for the covered area of the tunnel.
The Tunnel contract value: 60 million Egyptian Pounds.
Position: Site Engineer

Responsibilities; -
• Assigns manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency, maintain schedules, and to meet budget goals.
• Producing Method Statements and Risk assessments for all aspects of construction.
• Monitor and review the work progress on daily basis
• Supervising rebar, formwork and Concrete works of the covered area of the tunnel.

Project: the works comprise the construction of 45.5m high commercial & office building.
Building includes 56 Office spaces, 3 Showrooms, 60 Apartments, 2 basements for 285 car parks.
contract value: 250 million Qatari Riyals.
Position: - Technical Office Engineer

Responsibilities; -
• Producing Method Statements, Risk assessments and Task Sheets for all aspects of construction.
• Producing and follow up the material submittals, Variations and invoices with the consultant and subcontractors.
• Revising and coordinating between the Design and Shop drawings.
• Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project and monitors final deliverables.

Project: employed on the Al Raha Beach Development,
working on the Al Dana precinct which includes the construction of 5 No. 36 storey high rise residential towers.
Al Dana Precinct contract value: 4 Billion AED.
Position; Graduate Engineer.

Responsibilities: -

• Enrolled in the Graduate engineering program where I have been trained to work in all company departments to understand all company policies and procedures.
• Involved in the inspection of 5no. 36 storey high rise residential towers, implementing modern methods of construction throughout the reinforced concrete structure works.
• Checking the temporary works systems erected on site (table formwork for slabs, DOKA form work system (Hydraulic Climbing system) and column form work).
• Helped to produce Method Statements and Task Sheets for all aspects of construction for a multi national workforce.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.
