Arabic Computer Systems (ACS): Working as an IT Technical Support Engineer since December 2008 to till date.
ACS is a channel partner for Dell and HP throughout Saudi Arabia
ACS giving the support for complete Hardware solutions and authorized to claim the warranty for Dell, HP, Epson, Zebra, Canon, Acer, IBM Sedco and Data Card Embossers .etc...
Job Responsibilities for Onsite Support:
• Giving various types Dell, HP, Epson, Zebra, Canon, Acer, IBM Sedco Servers, PCs, Notebooks, Printers, Scanners and Data Card Embossers Hardware/Software Support to ACS clients as a customer Support Engineer.
• Perform remote connection to handle client's data, troubleshoot O/S, applications and connectivity issues.
• Perform upgrades, installing software’s, drivers and essential desktop troubleshooting for the clients.
• Supporting software applications, e-mail, Internet, Intranet connections, as well as hardware/peripherals.
• Installing and configuring Operating Systems, patches, drivers & applications
• Installing and Troubleshooting server & Client O/S such as Windows2003 server, 2008server, 2010 Server, windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP and Linux.
• Installing and configuring various types of Network Printers and other devices.
• Back up of Clients Data and Exchange Server
• Specialized in Hardware troubleshooting of HP/Compaq & Dell Servers, Notebooks, Desktops, Printers, Projectors and Scanners.

Dell Next Business Day Support (NBD Support) :
• Responsible for making ticket with Dell NBD Support
• Giving explanation over toll free number about the defective part
• Taking complete hardware help from DELL for updating the BIOS, Patches and different troubleshoots arising
• Ordering and picking up the part, fixing the issue, updating to Dell Support

HP Care Pack (4 Hour Support) :
• Responsible for making ticket with HP Care pack
• Giving explanation over toll free number about the defective part
• Taking complete hardware help from HP for updating the patches and different troubleshoots arising
• Ordering and picking up the good part, fixing the issue, update to HP within 4 hours
