Mechanical Site Engineer. (2-2013 to 5-2015)
1. Project: Out-Patient Clinics of King Faisal University.
- Location: AL AHSA-Saudi Arabia.
- Client: Ministry of Education/King Faisal University.
- Client Representative: Zuhair Fayez & Partner.
- Contractor: AL ARRAB CONTRACTING CO (ACC).
- Project Summary: Out-Patient Clinics of King Faisal University, 4 Floors, With Mechanical Contract amount + 16M.
*The Clinics /Out-Patient building has the below Systems:
a- Plumbing (Water Supply, Drainage, Storm Drain, Condensate Drain (for AHUs and FCUs).
b- Fire Fighting System (Dry and Wet) (Sprinklers, FHCs, Landing Valves, Fire Departments).
c- HVAC (Duct different gauges, Dampers, Insulation, AHUs, FCUs, Exhaust Fans.
d- Medical Gas (Copper Pipes, Valves, Outlets, AVSUs...)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Quantities surveys, Requesting the Materials and follow up the Purchasing orders.
- Collaborate and coordinate with all other discipline engineers (Electrical, Civil, Finishing).
- Managing & Controlling Foremen & labors on site.
- Take an active role in project progress and technical meetings.

- Location: AL AHSA-Saudi Arabia.

- Project Summary: King Faisal University Teaching Hospital 400 Bed, 11 Floors, With Contract Amount More Than 542 Million SR (Mechanical Division almost 169M), located in al Ahsa city.
*The 400 Bed Teaching Hospital of King Faisal University has the below Systems:
e- Plumbing (Water Supply, Drainage, Storm Drain, Condensate Drain (for AHUs and FCUs) (167 km of Pipes).
f- Fire Fighting System (Dry and Wet) (47 km pipes) (Sprinklers(+10K), FHCs (+140), Landing Valves, Fire Departments).
g- HVAC (Duct different gauges, Dampers, Insulation, AHUs (96 Unit), FCUs (1951 Unit), Exhaust Fans (54 Unit).
h- Medical Gas (Copper Pipes, Valves, Outlets, AVSUs...)
- 3. the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz for developing the Security Headquarters Projects - MOI - Phase 4 (KAP4)”, located in AL Khobar. (2-2018 to 10-2018)
Responsibilities:
- Comply with all company policies, procedures inclusive of health and safety plans and site supervision manual.
- Responsible for Quantities surveys, Requesting the Materials and follow up the Purchasing orders.
- Collaborate and coordinate with all engineers (Consultant/Client/Contractor)
- Managing & Controlling Foremen & labors on site.
- Produce project technical & progress reports.
- Preparing & Getting Approval for the Executed Works for Mechanical Activities from Consultant.
- Take an active role in project progress and technical meetings.
- Responsible for Material Submittals According to Project Specifications and B.O.Q.
- Attend on-site/off-site witness testing of materials, equipment’s and systems.
- Maintain progress records for tracking progress v/s programmer.
- Review technical aspects of variations and claims, and Preparing the Mechanical Division Progress Invoices.

- Follow up the Sub-Contractors Progress and Quality of work.
- Organized data archive of engineering specifications, drawings, and specifications and maintained traceability of documents by proper filing and indexing.
