Responsibilities as Sales Engineer:
1. Locating new potential customers from UAE.
2. Collecting information & maintaining database of new customers.
3. Liaising new customer and reaching the right person responsible for electrical purchase.
4. Sharing company profile, product range with the customer & finding their interest.
5. Arranging meetings with interested customers at their facility.
6. Understanding customer’s scope of business & identifying different areas where we can support them as per our group’s scope of business.

Responsibilities as Estimator - Protection:
1. Reading tender document so as to confirm scope of work and scope of supply.
2. Ensuring deadlines of tender.
3. Highlighting contractual requirements of particular tender.
4. Understanding tender specifications & technical requirements.
5. Deriving Bill of Quantity from SLD and tender specification.
6. Preparing Bill of Material (Components) based on tender specifications & technical requirements with reference to approved vendors.
7. Preparing Bill of Material (Relays) based on PLD, tender specifications & technical requirements with reference to approved vendors.
8. Coordinating with suppliers so as to get their best offers for the subject tender.
9. Preparation of best techno-commercial offer.
10. Ensuring on time submission of offer.
11. On time reply to post ender clarifications.
12. Follow-up with customers to get updates.
13. After award hand over the job to projects team.
Responsibilities as Estimator - Automation:
1. Reading tender document so as to confirm scope of work and scope of supply.
2. Ensuring deadlines of tender.
3. Highlighting contractual requirements of particular tender.
4. Understanding tender specifications & technical requirements.
5. Preparing Bill of Material (PLC) based on P&ID, Signal List and tender specifications & technical requirements.
6. Coordinating with GEIP so as to get their best offers for the subject tender.
7. Preparation of best techno-commercial offer.
8. Ensuring on time submission of offer.
9. On time reply to post ender clarifications.
10. Follow-up with customers to get updates.
11. After award hand over the job to projects team.
Responsibilities as Sales Engineer:
1. Achieved assigned target of 2.5 Million AED
2. Contacting customers (system integrators) so as to generate enquiry for GEIP PLCs.
3. Inviting customers (system integrators) for meeting and understanding their business & explaining our business including factory visit and finding out the areas where we can support to customer.
4. Offering support to customer based on our business scope.
5. Ensuring good relationship with customer by extending on time support.
Involved In Major Projects (Protection Scope) For:
OETC, DPC, TRANSCO, ADWEA, AADC, KNPC, MJEC, DUBAL, EMAL, MZEC, MEDC
Involved In Major Projects (Automation Scope) For:
OXY, KAHRAMAA, AADC, GEIP
Responsibilities:
1. Testing and commissioning and arranging site acceptance and factory acceptance tests.
2. In-house coordination for panel manufacturing and production.
Responsibilities:
1. Identifying potential customers for the sale of UPS, Power Supplies, and Test & Measurement Instruments.
2. Liaising with potential customers so as to introduce our self and their need analysis.
3. Submitting best techno-commercial offer based on customer requirement.
4. Conduct pre-sale demonstration of products at customer site.
5. Attending Negotiation meetings with customers.
6. Completed assigned project of “Solar UPS” for South Central Railway - India.
a) Strategic planning, scheduling & executing plan.
b) Pre-installation site inspection.
c) Testing & Commissioning
7. Served additional responsibility of service engineer for six months.
Responsibilities:
1. Identifying right market for the sale of different STD Billing Machines.
2. Introducing our self by approaching potential customers (distributors and dealers).
3. Gathering all possible information about the competitors from customers.
4. Identifying fastest and price efficient means of transport for particular market area.
5. Offering best price to customers.
6. Ensuring order from customer by regular follow ups.
7. Deciding means of marketing.
8. Designing and executing marketing campaign.
