Spearheaded entire gamut of project controlling functions and steered work encompassing budgeting preparation, management
and monitoring processes along with the ownership of establishing key strategies. Shouldered the overall accountability of
preparing schedule as per contractual requirements, maintain baseline and update progress monthly and generate S-curve
which yielded the desired project objectives & metrics. Raising flag to Project Manager for any potential change order by tracking
the variations in schedule resulted in receipt of change orders from customer.
▪ Accoutable for attaining forecast given by the Project Managers with +/- 5 % variance by carrying out the forecast vs actuals
analysis. Checking & verifiying supplier invoices against purchase order and making sure it is booked in the same fiscal
month for revenue to be recognized & avoids wrong invoices booking.

▪ Supporting the Project Manager in Risk & Opportunity meeting by sharing lessons learned from the previous similar projects
as well as detailing schedules with Level 5 WBS which forms the basis of detailed level of cost control & reporting.
▪ Measure and initiate performance improvement for execution of projects. Make sure the projects delivered on time and
budget during execution phase. Sustain project objectives as per the company overall objectives
▪ Controlling project cost control plan form right from inception of project till closeout to capture all cost changes due to
overrun/under run & Change Orders. Assessing schedule, cost & resource deviations through trend analysis & earned value
management (EVM).
▪ Employing salesforce tool for all the project related requests to Global Customer Care Team. Making sure standard
Honeywell procedures are followed and apply on the projects in their area of responsibility.
▪ Shouldered the overall accountability of developing Cash-flow graph is prepared, monitored & controlled right from
inception to closure to ensure project is in positive cash flow; validating the 6 Bucket Database & PRoFIT (Project Review &
Forecast Integrated Tool) with Cost, Revenue & Billing forecast from Project Managers for the monthly project reviews.
▪ Imparting training to all company personnel on ORACLE & SAP for Timecard entry & expense reports.
▪ Attaining Compliance by organizing & conducting Gate review at their respective time. Developing 4 blocker decks, follow
up for update from Project Manager, submit & reflects new Estimate at completion (EAC) in ERP system.
▪ Acting as SAP & ORACLE Power User Project Accounting super user for entering & maintaining projects, service & training
orders in ORACLE; piolting the change management process by training over 200 employees across 3 countries on new
ORACLE release & then from ORACLE to SAP.
▪ Following Up with the Invoicing Dept. on cash collection & with the Accounts team on the Bank Guarantees (BG)
▪ Motivating workforce, providing communications and taking measures to ensure that all elements are cooperating and
coordinate efforts for maximum efficiency and quality throughout the project
