▪ Controlling project cost control plan form right from inception of project till closeout to capture all cost changes due to

management (EVM).
▪ Employing salesforce tool for all the project related requests to Global Customer Care Team. Making sure standard
Honeywell procedures are followed and apply on the projects in their area of responsibility.
▪ Shouldered the overall accountability of developing Cash-flow graph is prepared, monitored & controlled right from
inception to closure to ensure project is in positive cash flow; validating the 6 Bucket Database & PRoFIT (Project Review &
Forecast Integrated Tool) with Cost, Revenue & Billing forecast from Project Managers for the monthly project reviews.
▪ Imparting training to all company personnel on ORACLE & SAP for Timecard entry & expense reports.
▪ Attaining Compliance by organizing & conducting Gate review at their respective time. Developing 4 blocker decks, follow
up for update from Project Manager, submit & reflects new Estimate at completion (EAC) in ERP system.
▪ Acting as SAP & ORACLE Power User Project Accounting super user for entering & maintaining projects, service & training
orders in ORACLE; piolting the change management process by training over 200 employees across 3 countries on new
ORACLE release & then from ORACLE to SAP.
▪ Following Up with the Invoicing Dept. on cash collection & with the Accounts team on the Bank Guarantees (BG)
▪ Motivating workforce, providing communications and taking measures to ensure that all elements are cooperating and
coordinate efforts for maximum efficiency and quality throughout the project
