CDR (CALL DETAILS RECORD) DATA WAREHOUSE
•Creating Database, Tablespace, allocating data files. Creating Tables, Partitioning, Indexes.
•Managing users and groups.
•Monitoring the Tablespace, add data files to the tablespace, altering of tablespace size.
•Taking Back of Tables and Databases, Restoration of Tables and Databases.Monitor Server space for CDR loading. Future Capacity Planning for Data warehouse.
•Writing various PL/SQL, Unis Shell Script on ad-hoc basis.

KENANBILLING PRODUCTION AND OPERATION SUPPORT (KENAN BP/FX)
•Performa or Test Bill Generation of a Bill Cycle for every rate plans provided by Revenue Assurance Department (RAD) of Airtel.
•Analyze if any discrepancies or issues are there for the Performa Bill with the rated CDR values in Database Level.
•We track the CDR Rating status in Production database tables and solve Rating Issues with RAD (Airtel) and Rating Team (Central IT - IBM).

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS)
•Using UNIX shell script we automate the checking and uploading of files from Billing Database (Kenan) to Local Database for Circle Operations and Report Generation for the Business Users.
•Write new SQL, PL/SQL UNIX Shell Scripts and modifying existing scripts according to Certain Technical or business needs.
•Daily/Monthly/Ad hoc/Bill Cycle wise Report generation from Billing Database / Local Database/
