I am looking after 2G/3G network as a Back Office Engineer for Ericsson managed network, Currently handling the operation of BSC, RNC, OSS, BTS, NODEB etc as an Back Office Engineer as per below given same details.

Location:- Ahmedabad (Gujarat-India)
Job Responsibility: I was working as a BSS & RAN Engineer (2G+3G+Wifi) at Idea Cellular Ltd. for Ericsson network, Ahmedabad (Gujarat-India). Idea Cellular Ltd. is one of the leading telecommunication service providers which offer 2G, 3G & Wi-Fi services across India. I am responsible for Technical support with Installation, Commissioning, Integration as well as Operation, Maintenance / planning for Telecommunication mobile network (2G+3G+Wi-Fi) with quality initiatives. Currently handling the operation of BSC, RNC, OSS, BTS, NODEB etc as an OMCR/NOC Core shift BO Engineer as per below given details.
BSS & RAN OMCR/NOC BO Experience:
• Done the Ericsson BSCs (APZ 212 30/33/33C/55/60/60C APG 40/43), RNC EVO 8200 & 3820 operation, maintenance, integration, expansion & troubleshooting work
• Done the SW up gradation of BSC(CP/AP/BTS); IPA, OPA, Middleware, AGM Upgrades, LAN switch/NWIE upgrades as well as RNC, NodeB upgrades for ericsson system using OSS SMO tool
• Have profound knowledge on WCDMA and RAN interfaces with IUB, IUR, MUB, IU-Cs, IU-Ps etc. protocol.
• Done the CP and APG upgrades and updates.
• Good understanding of 2G RAN Radio and C7/SIGTRAN signaling, 2G/3G RAN system and RF KPIs.
• Have done the Gb/IP, Abis, A-int, A-ter interface configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of NWI-E/Switch configuration and troubleshooting.
• Very good knowledge in AXE hardware expansions.
• Done the GPHB, CSPB addition, memory upgrades, EGEM expansion etc. in BSC nodes
• Done the 2G/3G sites configuration at BSC/RNC end with MSC & neighbor definitions.
• Done the RF parameter changes at BSC/RNC level.
• Done the 2G/3G site shifting from one BSC/RNC to other BSC/RNC by making scripts
• Preparing the scripts for new sites/cell, RF para changes, AFP plan, LAC splitting etc.
• Done the sites migration from one BSC/RNC to other as per congestion etc issues
• Upgrading Software/licenses On RNC, BSC, RB and Node B Locally or using OSS
• Deleting and Reconfiguring the Sites Using Moshell Command for Maintenance purpose.
• Preparing Mo Script for RNC and Node B
• Loading XML files using RAN Explorer.
• Implementing the Utrancell/ICR relation's relation according to the planning sheet.
• Done the cell definition & maintenance in MSC/MSS nodes like CGI, EA etc.
• Done the Abis optimization in 2G sites for using devices in pool
• Done the 2G/3G GPRS/DATA definition in BSC/RNC of ericsson
• Done the regular monitoring & health check for BSS/RAN/OSS equipments
• Done the ticket generation (CSR etc) for the fault escalation to vendor as per agreed SLA
• Traffic monitoring at the cell sites and report generation at BSC/RNC end
• Daily NWA/KPI Analysis/health check reports preparation & analysis done
• Extra precaution taken during key festival days & during new year also close monitoring done during these days to upkeep the network
• Done the cell analyses on zero traffic, major degraded cells etc & immediate action taken for the same
• 2G/3G network KPI analysis done regularly & KPI comparison done after every major planned activities through ENIQ & OSS fetched data reports
• Regular backup taken before & after critical activity for AP/CP/RNC etc.
