Key Result Areas:
Ideate new product, prepare a business case and synergize the business case in line with organization annual goals/transition plan. Act as a centralized business unit and mobilize key functions such as country operations, marketing and customer support center to achieve predefined targets. Draft high-level complex process flows, RFP’s, SOW and product manuals for regulatory, compliance/risk or stakeholder sign off, thereby achieve the introduction of new product/service or new market expansion projects. Manage the entire product life-cycle from initiation to planning, execution and delivery.

Significant Accomplishments:
Successfully planned, developed and launched a proprietary platform that extends payment services, remittance and forex solutions to enterprises across USA, Malaysia, Africa and other focus markets.
Spearheaded the implementation of UAE Exchange remittance and payments aggregator business to business and business to customer strategic program globally.
Collaborated with senior management to setting up EPMO (Enterprise project management office) and IT project delivery PMO of UAE Exchange.
Successfully planned, designed and implemented chabot, pepper robotics and digital mobile wallet initiative
Played a vital role in new market expansion and new product strategic partnership
Actively participated in website and mobile app UX/UI conceptualization

Key Result Areas:
Create project plan, defines scope and deliverable in collaboration with key stakeholders and partners. Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis for new business initiatives. Produce business case, business requirement document, functional specification document and process flow documents. Communicates effectively with clients and senior leadership to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solution. Monitor the timeliness of project delivery in collaboration with the IT Project Managers. Manage and conduct UAT and quality checks on new solutions / process. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with project owners, IT, vendors and other project stakeholders.

Significant Accomplishments:
Spearheaded the UAE Exchange new system (Amigo) migration project globally
Successfully added 70 plus payment service billers to Amigo system
Innovated and implemented systems automation processes and controls to increase operational efficiency (manual file uploading to auto upload and direct API integration)
Successfully implemented UAEFTS, DDS, and WPS projects of UAE Exchange
Actively planned and implemented various remittance (telex transfer, flash and cash pay-out/ SWIFT) integration projects
