Assists sales staff in completing difficult sales transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service.
• coaching, mentoring and training for all store staff. Implement training programs for new joiners.
• Inspects merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed.
• Requests and suggests product range/variety and maintain stock levels.
• Ensures proper implementation of promotional activities to support higher sales results.
• Follows up with sales staff on individual daily target.
• Reports to the Area Manager on showroom performance.
• Conduct store’s Floor walk.
• preparing monthly plan and motivation plan every month and employee’s performance evaluation.
Manages and leads staff in achieving category targets.
• Prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties,
• Manages break periods, working hours, sick leaves, and vacations.
• Drives sales activities to achieve target, warranties & accessories.
• Handles and follows on customer’s complaints and inquires.
• Ensure all security devices are working.
• Trains staff on company policy and procedures, and job roles.
• Stock counts and inventory.
• Ensures all store documents and licenses are valid and up-to-date.
• Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank.
