Provides first & second level troubleshooting and support services for client Network Devices & Application, through proactive monitoring of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, bandwidth utilization, application, PBX VOIP systems etc.
Performance & fault management of various enterprise products such as Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Meraki, Accedian etc.
Handling day to day activities related to fault management & incident management. For example, Link Down, Packet Loss, Latency, Source to Destination reachability, Routing, Switching & Firewall etc.
Dispatches field technicians for repair when needed and works with FE's to turn up new services and incorporate new devices into the core network monitoring systems.
Troubleshoot issues with customer’s software & hardware through remote desktop sessions.
Communicated with vendors to resolve network outages and periods of reduced performance.
Maintained service level agreements required to maintain network & integrity.
Kept up-to-date on new developments in computer and network vulnerabilities, data hiding & encryption.
Core areas in providing troubleshooting supports are as below,
1. MPLS / IPVPN, Business Internet, IP Telephony, IPTV etc.
2. SDWAN solution with VeloCloud, Meraki, Fortinet etc.
3. Providing 1st & 2nd level of support for Ooredoo Bulk SMS service.
4. Proactively monitoring all the FIFA stadium links and their services and resolving the issues with proper timelines based on the given SLA’s.
5. Monitoring Global circuit links for enterprise customers like BeIN sports, Aljazeera etc. and reporting to Core teams with initial findings.
6. Was deployed for FIFA IT Network support from Ooredoo for all FIFA stadiums.
➢ Developing the networking environment by handling
system configuration, directing system installation,
defining, documenting & enforcing system standards and
maintaining organizational LAN, WLAN, WAN, Servers &
Internet System.
➢ Suggesting upgrades, patches, new applications / equipment & anti-virus updates, troubleshooting the network performance issues, creating & maintaining a disaster recovery plan and extending technical support / guidance to users to ensure smooth operation of LAN & WAN networks to provide maximum performance & availability for users.
➢ Scheduling & deploying server updates and implementing preventative maintenance with limited downtime.
➢ Assessing Critical Success Factors & KPIs, striving to improve service quality, efficiency, prevent unauthorized modification, destruction or disclosure of information, whilst adhering to information security regulations.
➢ Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks.
➢ Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment and devices.
➢ Supports administration of servers and server clusters.
➢ Manages all system back-up and restore protocol.
➢ Plans and supports network and computing infrastructure.

tracking the complex software & hardware matters / connectivity issues in servers & applications
to meet business needs
➢ Maintaining network / application security authentication, administering secure links with public
key encryption & user authentication and performing file replication & script management for
servers
➢ Organizes and prioritizes technical support schedule and maintains troubleshooting log.
➢ Maintains contact with clients to ensure quality level of support; interacts with users in nontechnical,
