Responsible for success of the company by enabling supplier relationships through the provision of exceptional payment services in a timely, efficient and effective manner ǀ Providing timely assistance and explanation to inquiries and questions regarding accounts payable ǀ Overall supervision of factoring payment system on semi-monthly basis ǀ Responsible for calculation and payments of all consignment suppliers on monthly basis ǀ Handling team to perform reconciliation of suppliers and out-standings on monthly basis with suppliers ǀ Preparing negative margin sales report on weekly basis and responsible to collect promotional credit notes from suppliers through buyers/commercial department ǀ Responsible to create new supplier accounts in Oracle after reviewing approved documents ǀ Calculating fixed and progressive rebate on monthly basis as per contract with suppliers Responsible to fulfil contractual deductions ǀ Preparing monthly analysis report of prepayments, prepaids & accruals ǀ Preparing AP dashboard on monthly basis ǀ Responsible for validation of trading invoices through Retek
