Responsible for:
• Technical support to installation, commissioning and provisioning of Telecom infrastructure projects including Supervisory Control System and Centralized Battery Monitoring System.
• Writing technical specifications and overseeing production of conceptual drawings, preliminary design criteria for project including Scope of Work, Work Breakdown Structure and general specification, milestone identification and planning (macro-level). Evaluating Technical specification of tenders.
• Corresponding with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to achieve technical proficiency of the projects.
• Work practices and test routines for corrective and preventive maintenance in conformance with the manufacturer’s recommendation.
• In addition managing mid-size projects assigned by the management, responsibilities include bidding, planning and execution of the projects. Preparing and presenting effective reports and presentations.
Achievements:
• Successful completion of the installations and optimization of DWDM networks across the KOC region and prompted immediate recovery at the major network outage incidents.
• Architected and developed a web based and centralized Operational Support System (OSS) that performs inventory, engineering and planning functions for telecommunication service networks. Application developed using ASP and accessible to the team over the corporate intranet.
• Implemented Project Status Dashboard and Project Management Templates for the department’s scheduled and planned activities in a visually striking design.
Responsible for:
• Technical support to the installation, commissioning and provisioning of SDH and DWDM Networks.
• Writing technical specifications and overseeing production of conceptual drawings, preliminary design criteria for project including Scope of Work, Work Breakdown Structure and general specification, milestone identification and planning (macro-level). Maintaining change controls.
• Direct supervision of onsite contractors. Chairing meeting and discussing problem solving technics.

• Installation, commissioning, Testing and Training of Fuel Control and Monitoring System for the Camp Arifjan-US Military Base in Kuwait. A kind of system which had been installed for the first time in the Middle East. Responsibilities include setting up and programming Tank Management System (TMS 3000) leak sensors, level probes, bulk loading and unloading pits.
• Installation, commissioning and testing of relay controls for the electro-mechanical valves as part of Fuel Control and Monitoring System.
• Maintenance services of Access Control and Surveillance Systems at several locations.
• Started career in Kuwait as a programmer for the access control system software requirements, trained by the company and taken up challenging lead role as project engineer, responsible for:
• Executing installations of Access Control and Security System over Fiber Optic Network for a Major Military Base (Kuwait Naval Force Base) in Kuwait
• Configured Access Control Software and all the related Access Control Hardware Devices.
• Setting up Integrated Control Rooms, configuring CCTV (PELCO 9760), Monitoring and Report Management systems. And trained the operational support team.
• Installation of electronic intrusion fencing under force protection project for United States Corps in Kuwait Naval Base. Responsibilities includes dividing whole fence area into several zones, provisioning alarm monitoring system and surveillance system to respond to intrusion detection area.
• Designed and implemented Gate Pass Control System using Visual Basic and MS Sql Server which can simplify/speed up the daily routine of the security team, helps in issuing and maintaining gate pass
