Responsible for supervising site operations and maintenance activities within the Banque du Caire
building, ensuring efficient performance of all systems and services. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing civil works and finishing activities, including painting, marble, carpentry, and metal
works.
Managing mechanical systems, including split air-conditioning units and chiller operation,
maintenance, and monitoring.
Supervising plumbing, HVAC, and electrical works, including both medium- and low-voltage
systems.
Coordinating low-current systems such as fire alarm panels, access control systems, and magnetic
door locks.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and maintenance schedules.

Supervise technicians responsible for maintenance of HVAC, Fire
.Fighting, and Plumbing systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electromechanical
.equipment
.Monitor daily operational readings of facility equipment and utilities
.Troubleshoot electrical faults and mechanical failures
Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, and technical

.Coordinate spare parts procurement and manage maintenance inventory
