I work with the company called Dialogue
Publishing, publishing Insure magazine that is specialize in
insurance industry since August 2004 and the only bilingual
magazine in the region. Besides publishing, I added other
activity like arranging financial events in the region. My major
job responsibilities are handling all the written material and
ensure everything is accurate and simultaneously setting up of
the editorial schedule as well as my monthly column.
Moreover, I created and organize the Annual Gulf Health
Insurance Forum (GHIF) from A-Z. In addition, at the same
time I am in charge of the Oman Insurance company quarterly
magazine, which is publish bilingually, the Arabic & English.
I freelancer as hotel consultant, doing a consultancy like
forecasting study for new projects, Pre-Opening, Pre-

Launching, a member of founding teems for some hotel chain
and development for existing hotels. I am co-pertaining with
Safir International Hotel Management (Kuwait), Accor
(France), Corinthia (Belgium), and Lindner Hotels & Resorts
(Germany).

Responsible for the financial planning and
management of company, managing day by day operational,
cash flow control financial forecasting and budgeting, ensure
company account and maintained to audit standard, controlling
the JV posting. Providing effective financial leadership to a
finance team, providing and interpreting financial information,
analyzing change and advising accordingly, formulating
strategic and long-term business plans, researching and
reporting on factors influencing business performance,
analyzing competitors and market trends, developing financial
management mechanisms that minimize financial risk,
conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction

opportunities, liaising with auditors to ensure annual
monitoring is carried out, developing external relationships
with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and
statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue, supervising
staff, keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and
legislation.

with the total amount of 80 million USD. Supervision for the
General Cashier daily transaction.
Responsibilities: In-Charge of checking the entry posted by the
other department to the general ledgers and closing the books
of accounts on monthly and yearly basis.
Payment for the vendors for more than 5, 000
vendors. With total cheques issued each week more than 200
cheques with total average amount of 1.3 m SAR.
Extra Assignment:
q A member of the Loan committee responsible of
arranging a loan of 120 million USD for building the
new MTPE plant, for National Methanol Company.
q Training new employees in Payable, General ledgers,
Cashier, and treasury during the expansion of the
company.
Appointed as Project Manager for the Pre-
Opening of 3-star Hotel with 84 Rooms with 6 outlets. Initially
the situation of the property was just hard furnishing and the
building was close for more than a year. I manage to do the soft
opening with rooms, coffee shop, and one bar in a short period.
I also implemented the account system based on the “Uniform
System of Accounts for Hotels” published by the American
Hotel and Motel Association, setting the menu for Food and
Beverage Department, Front Office System, and Housekeeping,
and Sales and Marketing Department.
I work with Al Sabban Certified Accountant
one of the leading certified accountants in Saudi Arabia which
has more than 500 clients listed. My duties are to manage the
team and planning effective auditing processes, Audit the
financial statement and assess accounts for accuracy and
regulatory compliance to match with IFRS standard. inspect
internal systems and controls, assess risk management tactics,
Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing and analysing
items, Completes audit work papers and memoranda by
documenting audit tests and findings report systematic errors
of fraud indicators, preparing Zakat report, attending annual
board meeting for submitting auditor report and answering any
inquiry. Working and preparing organization to make sure the
accounting and procedure are ready to for VAT. Knowledge of
the rules and regulations of Saudi Arabia tax systems like
Zakat, Income tax, Excise tax, withholding tax and VAT.
