Supervisor - Field Support Services
- Supervising the work team
- Handle engineering and technical matters
- Training the juniors to implement quality control / assurance
- Clarifying technical matters with consultants for product approval
- Handling audits for quality management
- Advising customers for products suiting to their project requirements
- Represent management in outside meetings with clients
Engineer - Client Technical Support
- Supporting clients to overcome technical issues
- Visiting client sites on request to solve Technical matters
- Investigating product related matters
- Training / explaining site executions methods to clients
Engineer - Costing & Sales
- Competitive Cost Analysis for Raw Materials
- Coordinating with Central Procurement to purchase Raw Materials
- Selecting appropriate material with optimal quality / cost
- Reviewing Prices based on Market / Competitors
- Reviewing the order confirmation for their integrity with customer’s P.O.
- Using SAP and other Microsoft Applications for analysis and reporting
