Key Responsibilities :
o Handling various recruits applications, and interview process including conduction of interview, as well as negotiation of salary offers and benefits in coordination with senior management
o Liaison with recruitment agencies/executive search firms and with line managers of various departments.
o Directing the preparation and maintenance of requisite reports to carry out depart-mental functions and providing periodic reports to the senior management to track strategic recruitment goal accomplishment.
o Implementing HR strategies, processes and procedures to ensure effective/efficient recruitment activities and sustain manpower to cope with business growth in line with company goals and targets.
o Supervision of recruitment budget allocations within various departments (revising and updating information in coordination with recruitment forecast)
o Spearheading contractual procedures (supervision of employee relations work, as-sociated benefits, and payroll database management for all divisions etc.)
o Consultation to management on employee relations issues

Key Responsibilities :
o Handling full spectrum of recruitment activities inclusive of screening resumes, con-ducting interviews, proposing salary offers, negotiating and coordinating with ap-pointed candidates for induction training.
o Spearheading the search and selection process through various conventional and in-novative methods, including liaison with recruitment agencies/executive search firms and with line managers of various departments.
o Interacting with various departmental heads to devise manpower planning chart, es-tablishing requirements for personnel and designing recruitment guide-lines/remuneration patterns in adherence to HR policies and procedures.
o Devising and monitoring human resource policy and procedures to ascertain regula-tory compliance, while providing high standards of working practices for all employ-ees.
o Negotiating offers, arranging candidate interviews and pre-employment screening to ensure right fit between the candidate, position and the organizational objectives.
o Coordinating with other staff in the HR department regarding recruitment of appro-priate personnel to develop a strong motivated team with positive attitude, encour-aging their professional development through regular training programs, and training new recruits on department operations.
o Developing creative strategies to improve overall productivity of recruiting team and overseeing their training and development.
