I’m responsible for coordinating all the operation training and following up the applications to ensure that the competency and knowledge level meets the company goal and strategies and that is by bridging the competency & communication gaps and developing training and competency plans/maps.
Leading the project operation activity.
As a - Shift Manager - my responsibility is to ensure the safe operation of the plant under all circumstances with maintaining the quality aspects, as well as the storage and shipping facilities, and to ensure integrity and reliability of all plants. I also coordinate day to day maintenance activity and ensure safe execution of the jobs. Another part of my job is to lead, guide and train operators in the field and panel during the normal operation & plants upsets. I also was responsible for insuring that plant turn-a-round maintenance and operating procedures were followed safely at all times. I also took leading roles in coordinating annual turnarounds maintenance activities and lead the operation teems.
i have got a bachelor degree in business administration part time with second degree of honor.
