1- Securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts.
2- Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development.
3- Developing a sales strategy in the assigned territory.
4- Effectively communicating with prospects on functional and technical requirements.
5- Working as an individual while also facilitating the sales opportunity by providing team-on-team leadership and orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to manage the sales process.
6- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce CRM.
Develop new customers globally and optimize existing business; manage product inventory and shipment schedule
Core Functions:
- Promotes/sells/secures orders to existing, prospective and/or new
customers.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and
assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current
customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market
segment to generate new business for the organization’s
products/services.
- Approaches existing and potential customers thru digital communications,
on-site visits.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for
information to determine their potential.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and
prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer issues and complaints.
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting,
logistics and technical service to include preparing related report, end of
month sales activities using ERP system.
Co-ordinate actions between Sales, Marketing, logistics; Develop sales proposals and contracts; Manage Revenue Collections
