• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Designs new service by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams using the analysis standard tools (UML, BPMN) to deliver the final Business Requirements Details document (BRD)
• Participation on the revision of the Software Requirements Specification (SRS).
• Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications.
• Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions.
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Provide 24/7 technical support to the systems and services
• Carry out diagnosis and resolve technical problems of the application.
• Contribute to updating and developing of existing systems.
• Transfer of knowledge on systems and applications to the support team contribute to upgrading the team level.
• Testing role for the application after migrated in trail environment and production after changes (Bugs - Change request - New services).
