• Assigned in two projects, Apple (Warehouse)
Distribution Centre and LA PALMA resident which
contains 102 villas.
• Prepare Take-off (Quantity survey) for both projects
and take the monthly progress on site to help
preparing the quarterly report.
• Prepare the documents that production
department needs to start the production and
forecast the production quantities for upcoming
period.
• Coordinates between sales, Technical and
production department to avoid any conflict or over
pressure on the factory.
• Supervising the construction work for above 200
villas and maintain it according to standard.
• Responsible to receipt any concrete work, and
ensure that the concrete meet specified criteria
before casting.
Preformed deep evaluation study to measure the
utilization efficiency of Dhahran Core Area Park &
Ride Program. The study achieved its goal by
confirming that 73 parking lots can be used
sufficiently to overcome the problem of parking lots
shortage which helped in saving the resources of
building new parking area.
Proposed a new design for Al-Lith Water Dam in Makkah that has a massive storage of 90 MCM. The proposal was eventually accepted over two other designs from different sources. The new design introduced new techniques to overcome the sliding and overturning factors which resulted in saving lives, money, and water.
